This is an educational program led by State Park Interpreters, sponsored by the Sierra State Parks Foundation.

Join our knowledgeable docent (who just happens to be a certified cross country ski instructor) on a tour through beautiful Donner Memorial State Park. Meet your tour guide at 11:00am in front of the Visitor Center before setting off on the 1.5 mile tour. Along the way there will be several stops to enjoy the breathtaking scenery and hear about the natural, cultural and historic significance of the Donner Lake area. Bring your own striding (classic) skis and layers for the conditions.

Tours will be offered every other week through March.
