California State Parks has released a new feature that will make finding your next adventure that much easier!

Search by date, location, event type, guided or not, free or of cost, and wheelchair accessible. Here are some examples of events you’ll find at our parks:

  • Guided Hikes & Nature Walks: Specialized interpretive walks focusing on local ecology, such as introduction hikes to forests or wildlife walks, and tours on kayaks and snowshoes.

  • Youth & Family Programs: Organized educational activities like the Junior Rangers program, focusing on local flora and fauna.

  • Environmental Volunteer Events: Public community workdays, such as historic garden restoration or beach clean ups.

  • Cultural & Community Festivals: Public festivals, community parades, concerts, and live entertainment.

  • Arts & Performance Programs: Plein Air, guest speakers, and community arts programs utilizing unique park spaces like amphitheaters or outdoor exhibit areas.
